Server-Winter Seasonal
The server performs fine-dining service points in any of the food and beverage outlet to which they are assigned. Adapting to the specific service at any of the outlets- Glitretind, Room Service, Banqueting or Troll Hallen, Buffet or A la carte, Chena or 7880, the Server offers service to the guests dining at the resort.
Essential Functions:
- Sets up kitchen and dining room work areas in a timely, thorough and consistent manner.
- Maintains all work areas in a neat, efficient manner during service
- Displays knowledgeable command of menu items and products offered in his/her outlet, as well as specific Lodge and general local and greater area information
- Clean up, break down and re-set of work station and dining room performed thoroughly and efficiently
Requirements
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Previous serving experience required
