Bartender
Provides beverages for full-service bar and beverages for Restaurant guests. Maintains proper pars (liquor and wine) and is able to produce beverages and service in a quality-focused environment. Job requires food service responsibilities as well.
Essential Functions:
- Knowledge of mixed drinks and wines
- Knowledge of imported and domestic beers
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Follows all Beverage Service and State Guidelines
- Other duties as assigned by Food and Beverage Manager
Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.
Education, Experience, and skills preferred:
- Experience in a full-service, high-volume bar
- Must be 21 years old and “tips” certified
- Enjoy working with the public
- Food Handler Permit
