Position Summary:
To provide safe, prompt, and courteous transportation service to guests. Establish high standards of conduct to maintain a professional image to our guests, and familiarize guests with Stein Eriksen Lodge, Park City, and Deer Valley.
Essential Functions:
- Welcome guests sincerely and make their stay as enjoyable as possible. Effectively and seriously deal with the guests transportation needs and requests. Knowledgeable of surrounding area’s attractions and points of interests.
- Complete pre-check, post-check inspection, and shuttle log each shift.
- Communicate guests, or any other pertinent information to the bell desk via radio as necessary
- Ensure timely shuttle drop-offs and pick-ups
- Provide ski and weather information, and have basic knowledge of the Lodge, Deer Valley, and Park City
- Maintain a clean and neat van at all times
- Respond to all emergency situations. Know all safety and emergency procedures and how to act upon them
- Demonstrate an outgoing and pleasant attitude with all guests and employees
- Take all necessary measures to help the guests and fellow employees
Education, Experience and Skill Required:
- Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
- High School diploma preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Has an enthusiastic willingness to work together with a team
- Ability to work flexible hours (days, evenings, weekends, and holidays)
- Must have a clean driving record
