Position Summary
This role is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating, and executing policies and programs covering
employment, training, safety, health, benefits, and employee relations for assigned client groups. This role will be expected
to make recommendations for assigned client groups regarding staffing, benefits, training, employee relations, and
organizational development and implement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and
implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and the policies
and procedures manual. - Participates in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Administers compensation program; monitors performance evaluation program and recommends changes as
necessary. - May participate in benefits administration to include claims resolution, change reporting, reviewing invoices for
payment, and communicating benefit information to employees. - Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt and nonexempt employees, students, and temporary employees;
conducts new employee orientations; monitors career path program; writes and places advertisements and
participates in community networking activities. - Develops strategic staffing plans for assigned client groups.
- Will work closely with key leaders on business priorities related to Human Resources.
- Required to attend assigned client group meetings and participate in business related projects.
- Handles employee relations counseling, terminations, and exit interviewing.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
- May maintain portions of company organization charts and employee directory.
- Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals.
- Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the
employees with the strategic goals of the company. - Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database.
- Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations related to employment.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in collaborative manner with customers, suppliers,
co-workers, and management. - Helps company meet its Strategic, Quality and Safety objectives.
- Availability to support all shifts as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements/Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree and three to five years of business or Human Resources experience
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred.
- Effective oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
