Personal Lines Account Manager

We’re seeking a motivated, personable, and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join our growing team in Waterford, WI. This is a client-facing, onsite role that plays a vital part in supporting our agency's long-standing relationships and reputation for excellence in the Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance industry.

Knowledge

• Insurance Fundamentals: Solid understanding of personal lines insurance, including coverage types, underwriting processes, endorsements, and renewals.
• P&C Regulatory Standards: Familiarity with Wisconsin state insurance laws, compliance standards, and ethical practices in personal lines.
• Policy Documentation & Data Integrity: Strong awareness of the importance of accuracy in quoting, issuing, and servicing policies. Able to manage policy changes, endorsements, and documentation with precision.
• Technology Proficiency: Comfortable navigating agency management systems and CRM platforms. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and online carrier systems. Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software.
• Client-Centered Approach: Deep understanding of the importance of client satisfaction, proactive communication, and relationship nurturing within the insurance industry.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in a Personal Lines role within a Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agency
• Active P&C license in the state of Wisconsin (required)
• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage multiple client needs and service requests efficiently
• Excellent communication skills — both verbal and written — with a client-first, solution-oriented approach
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using agency management systems, carrier platforms, and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in documentation, policy changes, and client correspondence
• Proactive problem-solver who can work independently to resolve client concerns or escalate appropriately when needed
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong sense of accountability and consistent attendance
• Team player who is also confident in managing tasks independently and contributing to a positive office culture

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
