What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Lines Account Manager position at Steffens Insurance Group Inc?
Personal Lines Account Manager — Steffens Insurance Group
Waterford, WI | Full-time | Onsite | $42,000–$58,000 full benefits
Steffens Insurance Group has been serving the same market, the same families, for nearly four decades.
We handle personal lines and commercial P&C alongside financial planning, under one roof, for clients who have been with this firm long enough to send their kids our way. The team is small, and we are building it carefully.
We’re looking for a licensed Personal Lines Account Manager who understands that in a firm like this, the relationship is the product.
What You'll Own
You have an active Wisconsin P&C license and 1–2 years of agency experience. You know the difference between a good renewal conversation and a transaction. You don’t let documentation slip because missed endorsements and late renewals have a way of becoming your problem at the worst time. You work well without someone managing your calendar.
This is not for someone who wants a large firm with a support team around every task. SIG runs lean. Your clients know your name, and so does Derek.
