Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience in a luxury environment with a passion for building positive, meaningful relationships and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Motivated to be an exceptional brand ambassador for Stefano Ricci representing the brand’s sense of style and fashion.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of, and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media and digital platforms for personalized client engagement.
- Knowledgeable about men’s tailored clothing and Made-to-Measure.
Responsibilities:
- Delivers outstanding client experience through providing clients with prompt, professional, warm, and courteous service.
- Leads the development of new customers, converting walk-in traffic to clients by anticipating client’s needs and lifestyle, and by creating energy, excitement and desire around the product and brand.
- Builds genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach and excellent follow-through on all commitments.
- Partners with store management to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Possesses strong merchandising and visual skills and is willing to assist in floor moves and maintain product presentation.
- Always contributes as a team player and is willing to go above and beyond to support others.
- Stays up to date on all product knowledge and company policies and procedures.

Compensation Package:
- Competitive base rate starting at $27.00/hour
- Attractive commission structure
Schedule:
- 40 hours per week
- A flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail or high-end client services
- Minimum High School Diploma required
- Fluent in English
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required
Work Location:
- Full-time in-store and in-person presence required to support client sales and client service deliver elevated client service to drive business results
