- Hybrid role requires 1-2 days in office**
Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end OKR execution for SecOps — ensure progress is measurable, documented, and communicated.
- Program-manage cross-functional initiatives across Detection Engineering, Incident Response, ASM, Vulnerability Management, and SaaS Security.
- Coordinate dependencies with Product Security, Infrastructure, Engineering, IT, GRC, and other stakeholders.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards (e.g., OKR progress, detection efficacy, IR metrics, asset coverage).
- Track and manage execution for incident postmortems, red team remediation plans, detection tuning, and risk-based fix delivery.
- Create scalable program frameworks for service health monitoring, secrets management, telemetry onboarding, and other recurring initiatives.
- Own meeting cadences (weekly status, monthly reviews) and drive accountability across owners and timelines.
- Assist in documentation and playbook development for operational processes, IR readiness, and tooling health checks.

Required Skills & Experience:
- 5 years experience as a Technical Program Manager, ideally in Security or Infrastructure organizations.
- Proven success driving programs across multiple technical teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with security domains: incident response, detection, vulnerability management, cloud security, EDR, DLP, and SecOps metrics.
- Experience managing programs across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern security stacks (Splunk, CrowdStrike, Tenable, etc.).
- Ability to create and manage program dashboards using tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, Google Sheets, or Tableau.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — capable of distilling technical updates into executive summaries.
- Familiarity with OKR frameworks and agile methods for execution tracking.
- Comfort with ambiguity and change — able to define structure where none exists and continuously improve.
