As a Senior EDI Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving the global data exchange services that we provide. This role is designed for a technical expert with specialization in Axway's B2Bi integration suite.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand use cases, pain points, and requirements, demonstrating a user-centric approach to solution delivery
- Partner onboarding and support: Design, develop, and implement robust end-to-end integration workflows between Client and its global partner ecosystem, ensuring high availability, security, and data integrity
- Provide on-call support as required
Experience Required
- 4 years of EDI onboarding experience using Axway B2Bi, including SFTP, OFTP2, AS2, ALE, web services, and other supported communication protocols
- 4 years of EDI mapping experience using Axway Mapping Services, including ANSI X12, CIF, VDA, EDIFACT, and other standard formats
- 2 years of experience with MBC, inline code, UNIX/Linux, Windows, SQL Server, MQ Series, and Cassandra
- Strong business and technical analytical skills with excellent communication abilities
