The Sample Management Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the organization and tracking of samples within our company. Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the sample inventory, ensuring all samples are properly labeled and stored.
- Track the movement of samples within the company, ensuring accurate records are kept.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of samples for meetings, presentations, and other departmental needs.
- Coordinate the return or disposal of samples as necessary, following company protocols.
- Support the team in preparing for key milestone meetings and deliverables by ensuring samples are available and organized.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate sample requests and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sample management or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift and move boxes of samples as needed.
- Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently.
