Description:
- Conduct comprehensive drives on heavy trucks daily to evaluate features and overall functionality.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to identify any mechanical issues or defects.
- Follow predefined test plans and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent testing results.
- Monitor vehicle performance and safety systems during test sessions, identifying any anomalies or issues.
- Identify and report software problems related to vehicle systems and controls.
- Communicate effectively to provide detailed feedback and recommendations for improvements.
- Record accurate records of observations and findings.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to safety protocols at all times.
Details:
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or automotive certification preferred.
- Proven experience for 5 years as a test driver or in a related automotive testing role.
- Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
