We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to define the technical vision and drive the delivery of high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this leadership role, you will oversee the architecture and development of Service Cloud and OmniStudio implementations, ensuring they support our critical captive finance operations. You will serve as the primary technical authority, guiding the team through complex challenges while bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of robust solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud and Automotive Cloud. Own the technical delivery lifecycle, ensuring code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Architect and deliver the implementation of complex business processes using OmniStudio. Guide the team in developing reusable FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures to enhance customer interaction processes.
• Deliver scalable integration patterns to enable real-time, event-driven data synchronization between Salesforce and enterprise financial systems (leveraging GCP native tools or similar middleware).
• Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and comprehensive documentation. Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to foster technical growth within the team.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineering and architecture stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment across CRM, marketing, and integration platforms.
  
  

Details:

Experience Required

• Expert-level mastery of Service Cloud (Case Management, Console, Entitlements, Knowledge). Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform core, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing
• Strong architectural background in OmniStudio (formerly Vlocity). Proven ability to design complex, guided user experiences and high-performance data integration layers using OmniStudio tools.
• Extensive experience designing enterprise-grade data models and managing secure API integrations (REST/SOAP) in a large-scale environment.
  
  

Experience Preferred

• Experience in Automotive Cloud or the Financial Services industry (specifically Captive Finance/Lending).
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) native services (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub) or similar serverless technologies for integration.
• Relevant Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified OmniStudio Developer/Consultant, Salesforce Certified System or Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant.)
