This depot tech position is needed for computer/peripheral shipping, receiving, and inventory monitoring. It is for a temporary 4-month project focused on refreshing and shipping computers and receiving older computer back.
Ability to lift 40 pounds and maneuver manual pallet jackDemonstrated organization skills to track computers ready to ship, peripherals ready to ship, received computers and peripheralsExperience with ServiceNow - receiving against POs and asset managementStrong documentation and communication skills for updating tickets and working with end-users Experience with shipping procedures and guidelines for computer devicesInventory tracking experienceExperience handling received computers for quarantine and drive wipe processes
