Job Duties

PC Tech will be performing data migrations, pushing software and changing out desktops, laptops or workstations in a plant environment.

Responsibilities

• Performing data migrations across systems
• Deploying software updates and patches
• Replacing desktops, laptops, and workstations in a plant environment
• Assisting with locating devices throughout the plant
• Scanning assets and updating inventory records in the local IT storage room(s)
• Updating the daily asset tracking sheet
  
  

Required Skills

• A basic understanding of Windows migrations and troubleshooting.
• Performing data migrations across systems
• Deploying software updates and patches
• Replacing desktops, laptops, and workstations in a plant environment
• Assisting with locating devices throughout the plant
• Scanning assets and updating inventory records in the local IT storage room(s)
• Updating the daily asset tracking sheet PC tech should be comfortable to work onsite in the Plant environment.
