- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, challenges, and business objectives.
- Solution Identification: Work closely with clients to identify their pain points and provide thoughtful, strategic recommendations for technology solutions, with a focus on AI and other emerging technologies.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to maximize account value and drive revenue growth.
- Administrative Oversight: Oversee and manage the administrative side of account operations, including maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, tracking contract milestones, and ensuring timely invoicing and reporting.
- SOW and COS Management: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to draft, review, and manage Statements of Work (SOW) and Change Orders (COS), ensuring alignment with project objectives and budgets.
- Collaboration with Recruiting Team: Work closely with the recruiting team to understand client hiring needs, communicate role requirements, and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
What do you need to succeed?
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or a similar role within the IT/Staffing industry.
- Strong understanding of technology solutions, particularly in the areas of AI, application development, infrastructure and EUC services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping clients succeed.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and account management tools.

Salary : $70,000 - $95,000
