Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries related to service appointments and customer needs.
- Promote our service offerings by effectively communicating benefits and scheduling appointments that meet customer requirements.
- Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to track customer interactions, update records, and manage follow-up activities.
- Develop strategic outreach plans to engage existing customers and attract new clients through marketing campaigns and personalized communication.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless scheduling, customer satisfaction, and timely service delivery.
- Negotiate appointment times and service packages to maximize customer convenience while meeting dealership goals.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and sales activities to support business development efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms.
- Strong background in sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive attitude toward business development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently using project management principles.
