We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Licensed physician with active unrestricted license, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant with active unrestricted license to oversee and ensure the quality and integrity of medical evaluations related to VA disability examinations. This role is critical in supporting our mission to provide accurate, timely, and comprehensive assessments for veterans. The Medical Provider would need to be onsite Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

- Provide clinical oversight and guidance for VA disability examinations.
- Ensure compliance with VA standards, medical protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Review and approve medical documentation and examination results.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of care and reporting.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in veteran disability evaluations.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
- Licensed physician with active unrestricted license, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse or Physician Assistant with active unrestricted license
- Active clinical license in good standing issued by a U.S. State Board.
- Board Certification in a recognized medical specialty.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience directly relevant to VA disability examinations.
- Strong understanding of VA disability evaluation processes and standards.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Prior experience as a Clinical Director or in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and VA systems.
- Experience in training or mentoring medical staff.
