The CM-CA will have responsibilities that include but are not limited to the administration of construction, design/build, engineering, and facilities management for complex-construction projects. Services will include, but not limited to, pre-design phase services, design phase services, procurement phase services, construction services, claims services, administration services, and technical specialty services.

Required Skills
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a federal background check
- Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Must provide 3 examples of comparable projects
- 3 years of hands-on construction experience
- Strong working knowledge of general/subcontractor operations and quality assurance
- Experience with construction project software and documentation tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
