About The Role
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit skilled Press Break Setter & Operators to join our teams across our sites in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a wide range of products across a number of different end sectors.
You’ll be part of a hands-on production team, responsible for delivering high-quality components inline with engineering drawings and specifications.
Hours
39 hours per week (plus any available overtime)– shift pattern dependent on location and specific duites.

Key Responsibilities
- Set and operate arrange of press breaks
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Work collaboratively with production and design teams
- Perform additional general factory duties as required
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Support continuous improvement across manufacturing processes
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Proven experience setting and operating a range of press breaks
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Understanding of workshop health and safety practices
- Forklift or crane operation experience is beneficial (training provided if required)
