About The Role
Due to continued growth,we are looking to recruit multi skilled Welders to join our teams across oursites in the West Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a widerange of products across a number of different end sectors.
You’ll be part of a hands-on production team, responsible for delivering high-quality components inline with engineering drawings and specifications.
Hours
39 hours per week (plus any available overtime) – shift pattern dependent on location and specific duties

You’ll be part of a hands-on production team, responsible for delivering high-quality components inline with engineering drawings and specifications.
Hours

Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG and Laser welding on a variety of welded assemblies
- Manufacture welding jigs where required
- Identify manufacturing efficiency opportunities in welding jobs
- Ensure all weld equipment is well maintained
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Work collaboratively with production and design teams
- Perform additional general factory duties as required
- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental requirements
- Support continuous improvement across manufacturing processes
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Proven experience in MIG, TIG and Laser welding
- Experience in dealing with a variety of work, and finding solutions to manufacturingchallenges
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
- Understanding of workshop health and safety practices
- Forklift or crane operation experience is beneficial (training provided if required)
- Set and operate arrange of press breaks
