Leading Transportation Company is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Associate to join our team.
In the billing department you will play a crucial role in creating accurate invoices in a timely fashion.
Responsibilities:
Review and verify freight bills & bills of lading
Process invoices accurately and efficiently (data entry)
Log onto websites enter & retrieve data
Email customer statements
Qualifications:
Computer skills, data entry
Comfortable working on a computer with two screens
Be able to work in both types of settings, as a team member as well as with little supervision
