Duties
- Supervise daily car wash operations, vacuum stations ensuring timely and thorough service delivery
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve high standards in customer service, cleanliness, and safety
- Oversee the maintenance of equipment such as buffing machines, vacuums, pressure washers.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, detailing products, and equipment parts
- Train staff on proper car wash techniques.
- Enforce health and safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment for all employees
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the facility including waiting areas, restrooms, and workstations
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies and equipment repairs as needed
Experience
- 2 years plus proven experience in car wash operations with a focus on customer service excellence
- Janitorial or custodial experience preferred to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Experience managing or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is preferred for operational flexibility
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills to effectively lead staff and interact with customers
