Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and exceeded.
- Provide personalized financial advice and strategies to clients based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Conduct regular reviews of clients' financial portfolios and provide proactive recommendations for adjustments and improvements.
- Assist clients with retirement planning, estate planning, tax strategies, and insurance needs.
- Stay informed about market trends, investment products, and regulatory changes to offer up-to-date advice.
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver comprehensive financial planning services.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and financial plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, business, or related field required.
- Active Series 65, 66, or Series 7 license required; CFP® designation strongly preferred.
- 5 years of experience as a licensed financial advisor or in a client-facing wealth management role.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and growing assets under management (AUM).
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles, investment strategies, and regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with proven business development experience.
- Passion for empowering clients to achieve their financial goals.
