The Agency Sales Representative is responsible for achieving predetermined sales goals and quotas within his or her team's assigned territory. Sales Representatives must establish, build, and maintain customer relations through constant communications and in-person appointments. You will be consulting surgeons in the operating room regarding the use of our implants and instruments.

Sales Representatives must establish, build, and maintain customer relations through constant communications and in-person appointments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Represent Steelhead Surgical, an authorized agent for Arthrex, by working with a sophisticated audience comprised of surgeons and healthcare professionals.
- Primarily responsible for meeting and exceeding sales objectives for the territory.
- Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed territory objectives and goals.
- Communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to product portfolio, new techniques, and educational programs.
- Maintain an accurate proprietary customer relationship management (CRM) database. Includes forecasting, lead generation and account maintenance.
- Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, hospital protocols, and other organizational requirements.
- Cross-sell additional products or manage new product introductions as they become available.
- Support compliance and the principles of responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information; protecting the assets of the organization; acting with ethics and integrity; reporting non-compliance; and adhering to applicable federal, state & local laws and regulations, accreditation & licenser requirements, and Company policies & procedures.
- Participate in and attend sales meetings and professional association meetings outside of regular business hours, as required.
- Ensure that products/instruments are prepared and organized for surgical cases, including any necessary educational documents/videos.

Requirements:
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the cardiothoracic surgical market.
- Must be comfortable in surgery/operating room environments.
- MS Office is required.
- Strong public speaking and communication skills are required.
- A strong sense of urgency is important.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Current Driver’s License.
- Access to your own transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
