Supply Chain Planning Manager
Full-time | Fort Worth, TX (on-site)
About eosera®
eosera® is changing the way people think about ear care—and beyond. As one of the fastest-growing consumer health companies in the U.S. and a four-time Inc. 5000 honoree, we build science-backed products that solve real problems. Our mission is big, our team is highly collaborative, and we are scaling quickly. We're seeking passionate, driven individuals to join our collaborative team who will champion our four core values: Empowerment, Collaboration, Bravery, and Positivity.
Position Summary
We’re hiring a Supply Chain Planning Manager to own demand planning, supply planning, and procurement for a 30 SKU portfolio distributed across 28,000 retail doors. You will build and run the monthly SIOP cycle, manage all component purchasing and supplier relationships, and deliver the demand-prioritized build plans that tell our manufacturing team what to make, how much, and by when.
This is a build-from-scratch role. You are inheriting spreadsheets and tribal knowledge and turning them into a repeatable, scalable planning function. You will be a team of one who operates like a team of three — because you will leverage AI-powered tools and automations to multiply your capacity. You will work hand-in-hand with our Distribution & Logistics Manager (who owns physical inventory, 3PL, and shipping), our Operations Manager (who owns production floor execution), and our CFO (who approves spend and manages cash flow).
Key Responsibilities
SIOP & Demand Planning
- Own and run the monthly Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning cycle: demand review, supply review, and executive reconciliation with the CEO and CFO
- Translate retailer POS data, launch/shelf reset calendars, and promotional plans into a rolling demand forecast by SKU and retailer
- Augment Demand Plan with ecommerce and wholesaler demand, as well as other ad-hoc needs (HCP Sampling, influencers, trade shows, etc)
- Convert the demand plan into component-level buy plans and a demand-prioritized build plan for the Operations Manager
- Identify and escalate supply-demand gaps with recommended trade-off decisions
- Measure forecast and production plan accuracy
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Own all component and raw material purchasing and replenishment: PO creation, supplier communication, and delivery timing
- Maintain a master supplier database with pricing, lead times, MOQs, alternates, and performance scorecards
- Negotiate pricing and terms; working closely with QA/QC, identify and qualify new suppliers as needed
- Collaborate with Marketing on brand refresh, packaging redesigns on timing to minimize write-offs
- Coordinate inbound delivery timing with the Distribution & Logistics Manager to align receipt with production needs
Build Plan & Production Coordination
- Deliver a rolling, demand-prioritized build plan to the Operations Manager: what needs to be produced, in what quantities, by what ship dates, with component availability confirmed
- The Operations Manager owns the production schedule and floor execution — you own the what and when, they own the how
- Monitor build plan adherence and partner with the Operations Manager when demand shifts, supplier delays, or capacity constraints require reprioritization
Inventory Targets & Systems
- Set finished goods and component inventory targets (days of supply, safety stock, reorder points) within NetSuite MRP functionality; the Distribution & Logistics Manager owns physical accuracy and cycle counts
- Build and maintain planning dashboards, automations, and scenario modeling tools
- Aggregate POS sell-through data from Retail Link, Partnersonline, and other retailer portals into a single demand view
Qualifications
Required
- 5–8 years in supply chain planning, demand planning, or procurement within CPG, consumer health, or manufacturing
- Have personally owned an MRP/demand planning cycle — not participated on a larger team
- Experience managing a multi-SKU portfolio across multiple retail & ecommerce channels
- Direct supplier negotiation and management experience
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, dynamic models); experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/MRP system
- Working knowledge of retail POS systems (Retail Link, Partnersonline, or similar)
AI Fluency (Non-Negotiable)
- Already using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to build spreadsheets, automate data pulls, or solve planning problems
- Can describe at least two examples of how AI has changed the way you work in the last 12 months
- Excited — not threatened — by the idea that AI handles the data assembly while you focus on judgment, relationships, and strategy
Preferred
- Experience as the sole planning resource in a small company (under 100 employees)
- NetSuite experience; OTC or consumer health manufacturing background
- APICS/ASCM certification (CPIM or CSCP)
- Experience selling through Walmart, CVS, or Walgreens
Who you are
You are a builder, not a maintainer. You get energy from taking messy, manual processes and making them clean and repeatable. You are comfortable being the single owner of a function — you do not need a team around you to feel confident. You communicate proactively: when a supplier misses a date or a forecast looks wrong, you raise it before it becomes a crisis. You are a natural collaborator who sees the Distribution & Logistics Manager, Operations Manager, and CFO as essential partners, not competitors. You are highly allergic to surprises and work hard to mitigate them.
