Summary
The Scheduling Manager will be responsible for overseeing the scheduling of production processes, ensuring that all orders are completed on time and within budget. Working closely with production teams, ensure that all scheduling needs are met and optimize production efficiency and minimize downtime, while maintaining the highest level of quality. In addition the scheduling manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the ERP System as well as leading the scheduling team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders and production capacity
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure that all materials and resources are available for scheduled production runs
- Monitor production processes to identify potential delays or issues and take corrective action as needed
- Ensure that all scheduling needs are met
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency
- Ensures accuracy of the ERP system
- Leads scheduling employees in a positive, professional manner
Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in production scheduling or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other scheduling software
Other Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Advanced Excel skills preferred
- Ability to solve problems professionally and independently, in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and competing deadlines
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational, time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Language Skills
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instruction furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
