Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times
- Lead and motivate staff through effective training, coaching, and development to deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage shift schedules, coordinate staff assignments, and ensure adequate coverage during busy hours
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to guarantee a positive dining experience
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reconciliation
- Support management in budgeting, cost control, and maintaining profitability while upholding quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service management or restaurant supervision with a strong background in hospitality or culinary operations
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, familiarity with cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety regulations
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising diverse teams
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Strong organizational abilities including shift management, inventory control, and food handling procedures
- Serv-Safe certified
- Previous supervising or management experience in restaurants is required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
