Role Description
This is a part-time or full-time(with benefits) on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Eugene, OR with opportunities of advancements within the agency.

Email resume to:Mgmt@stee legroup.info Key responsibilities: •Client communication: Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing information about coverage, policy changes, billing, claims, and more. •Administrative tasks: Prepare proposals and applications, generate reports, process payments, and perform other administrative duties as needed. •Policy servicing: Process policy changes, renewals, cancellations, endorsements, and certificates of insurance. •Account maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in agency management systems like Applied Systems EPIC. •Claim support: Assist clients with claims reporting and facilitate communication with adjusters and insurance carriers. •Carrier communication: Liaise with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, policy information, and resolve client issues. •Marketing support: Assist Account Managers with marketing activities, such as gathering renewal information and preparing client presentations. •Compliance: Ensure all procedures and processes adhere to industry regulations and company guidelines.
