Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Charlotte, NC. The position involves providing top-quality care for animals while delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with medical procedures, performing routine check-ups, managing inventory, educating pet owners, ensuring a clean and safe working environment, and contributing to a positive client experience.
Qualifications
- Veterinary knowledge, including basic animal care, health assessments, and medical procedures
- Customer service and client communication skills
- Time management, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while showing independent initiative
- Attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness and safety protocols
- Familiarity with veterinary software and technology is a plus
