The HR Business Partner - Recruitment manages all facets of recruiting to address the hiring needs of regular and temporary openings across the US organization. This will be achieved through the development of local and national recruiting plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing creative recruiting ideas. The HRBP will play a critical role in ensuring the organization attracts the best possible talent while ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all candidates. This position will also lead HR projects and serve as coach/advisor to assigned leaders in the organization with the goal of increasing communication and assisting with employee related issues.Recruitment (70%)

Your tasks

The HRBP will play a critical role in ensuring the organization attracts the best possible talent while ensuring a consistent and positive experience for all candidates. This position will also lead HR projects and serve as coach/advisor to assigned leaders in the organization with the goal of increasing communication and assisting with employee related issues.Recruitment (70%)
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts to include sourcing, interviewing and offer preparation
- Create a robust and diverse talent pipeline of qualified candidates utilizing various sourcing methods
- Develop and sustain metrics and reports for the talent acquisition process
- Analyze the recruitment process performance, prepare and present recruitment dashboards, recommend changes to the recruitment process and implement changes
- Develop, execute and adjust recruiting plans to include kick-off meetings and consistent communication with managers
- Serve as subject matter expert and administrator for the application tracking system (ATS)
- Submit new job openings for approval and maintain job postings on the company website, as well as external sites
- Ensure adherence to affirmative action plan requirements to include EOE reporting and addressing gaps identified through EEOC audits
- Evaluate and revise internal processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Maintain documentation of recruitment processes and procedures
- Manage external recruiting agency relationships including placement of temporary employees
- Manage content on social media and job search outlets (ie. Glassdoor, Indeed)
- Serve as advisor/coach to assigned leadership team members
- Provide day to day performance management guidance to assigned leadership team members
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Team to develop solutions, programs and policies
- Work closely with Head of HR and other leadership team members to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention
- Manage credentialing process ensuring the company and team members meet customer compliance requirements
- Associate’s degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
- 4 years’ of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment best practices including candidate sourcing and engagement strategies
- Ability to convey a positive and professional image to applicants and vendors
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver high quality results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects of varying complexities while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Excellent relationship-building, decision-making and influencing skills
- Excellent computer skills in a MS Windows environment with the ability to quickly learn and implement new systems
