- Analyzing and optimizing Sales and Operations and Inventory Optimization Planning (SIOP).
- Collaborating with supply chain, procurement, materials, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP systems, including SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) modules and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools. Monitoring key metrics such as inventory turnover, material availability, and procurement cycle times to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
- Leading workshops and training sessions to support user adoption, process standardization, and change management initiatives.
- Driving process improvements and contributing to digital transformation projects within the Forecast to Schedule team. Who You Are:
You are a detail-oriented and strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing supply chain operations. Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in materials management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC Materials Management (MM) module or similar ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in a related field (e.g., APICS, PMP).
- Experience in ERP implementation or digital transformation projects.
- Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) tools.
- Understanding of Sales & Operations Planning.
- Familiarity with lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Ability to lead cross-functional workshops and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for reporting and insights.

The annual base salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
