PAY & PERKS
Our expertise lies in producing brazed honeycomb assemblies for turbine engines across both commercial and military markets. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THIS QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR JOB?
In this Quality Assurance Supervisor role, you oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full compliance with AS9100 and NADCAP requirements. You manage both internal and external audits, including NADCAP special process audits, while maintaining all quality documentation, procedures, and control plans. When issues arise, you lead root cause analyses and drive corrective and preventive actions using structured methods such as 8D and 5-Why.
Throughout your day, you collaborate with engineering, production, and customer service teams to resolve quality concerns, instill best practices, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership directly strengthens our reputation for precision, reliability, and excellence.
You thrive in an aerospace manufacturing environment and bring:
- A Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of quality management or supervisory experience in aerospace manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO standards
- Experience with special processes such as heat treat, NDT, or chemical processing
- Proficiency in quality tools including FMEA, Control Plans, Gage R&R, and SPC
