You will:Set up, program, and operate CNC machines with precisionConfigure machines, load materials, and monitor machining operationsModify programs as needed to optimize performanceInspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring toolsIdentify and troubleshoot machining or process issuesPerform routine machine maintenanceMaintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivityMentor and communicate with other operators as neededConsistently work within tight tolerancesWhat We're Looking ForRequired Skills & Qualifications:Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skillsExcellent attendance and reliabilityAbility to identify non‑conforming partsAbility to manufacture job‑specific tooling (e.g., chuck jaws, fixtures)Ability to work cooperatively with supervisors and teammatesAbility to meet productivity requirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbsAbility to communicate effectively and support other operatorsTechnical Experience:Experience setting up and running millsExperience with horizontal and/or VTL lathesCNC programming experience is a plusYour Next StepApplying is fast and easy with our 3‑minute, mobile‑friendly application.
