I'm Coach Nate, Owner at Steel Strength Training.
I started this business 10 years ago when I opened my first Personal Training gym in 2015. We now have 3 gyms, and we aren't stopping there.
We're looking for an Expert Personal Trainer who is aligned with:

As facility leader, you will:
- Deliver high quality personal strength training
- Display excellent customer service
- Schedule clients and trainers
- Keep clients accountable to their goals
- Lead other team members at your facility
- Track client progress
- Ensure all aspects of the client journey are completed to the highest degree
- Maintain a clean, safe, and functioning facility
- Other responsibilities as needed
