Steel Solutions is looking for a driven, self-motivated Sales Representative to help grow our Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) division.
This role is for someone who creates their own opportunities. The right candidate is comfortable with cold calling, door knocking, visiting construction offices, walking job sites, and canvassing areas to generate new business.
Your income is directly tied to the work you put in and the deals you close. If you’re motivated by uncapped commission and building your own book of business, this position offers significant earning potential.
What You'll Do
- Generate new business through cold calls, door-to-door visits, and networking
- Canvas commercial and industrial areas to identify potential building projects
- Visit contractors, developers, architects, and construction offices to build relationships
- Stop by active construction sites to connect with project decision-makers
- Identify opportunities for pre-engineered metal buildings including warehouses, shops, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities
- Build and manage sales pipeline from lead generation to closing
- Work with internal estimating and project management teams to prepare proposals
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects
- Close deals and secure signed contracts

- Microsoft Office Experience

- Understand Blueprint or Construction Plan
