Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor robotic systems and automated machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on robotic equipment to prevent malfunctions
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to robotic operations
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Document operational data and report any discrepancies or equipment failures
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve robotic processes and efficiency
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Proven experience operating industrial robots or automated machinery
• Strong understanding of robotics, automation systems, and manufacturing processes
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and perform basic repairs
• Must Have Welding Certification and understand (FCAW) welding method.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Education and Certifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required, with vocational or technical training in welding or automation preferred.
• Certifications enhance employability, including Certified Robotic Operator (CRO), Certified Robotic Arc Welding (CRAW), Certified Robotic Welding Technician (CRWT), and manufacturer-specific certifications.
• OSHA safety certification and other welding certifications from the American Welding Society (AWS) are often recommended
