The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. 

 

Responsibilities

1. Drive Business with E&P Companies

Develop and execute targeted strategies to expand market share for big bore missile services, including rental, rig-up, high-down operations, and torque testing across single, simultaneous, and quad systems.

Key Actions:

  • Build direct relationships with decision-makers in E&P companies Completions teams
  • Position services as efficiency-driven solutions (reduced rig time, improved safety, lower total cost per well)
  • Create case studies and performance data demonstrating:
  • Faster rig-up / rig-down times
  • Reliability in high-pressure/high-load environments
  • Torque accuracy and consistency
  • Offer bundled service packages (equipment field support maintenance)
  • Target key basins (Permian, Eagle Ford, Haynesville) with tailored offerings

2. Partner with Frac Service Companies

Establish strategic partnerships with frac service providers to supply big bore missile equipment aligned with their operational needs.

Key Actions:

  • Identify top frac companies and map their equipment gaps and pain points
  • Develop customized equipment packages for:
  • High-stage count completions
  • Simul-frac and Quad-frac operations
  • Offer long-term rental agreements or dedicated fleet solutions
  • Provide on-site technical support and training
  • Align with frac schedules to ensure equipment availability and rapid mobilization

3. Expand Service Offering & Operational Excellence

Strengthen execution capabilities to support increasing demand and complex job requirements.

Key Actions:

  • Standardize rig-up / rig-down procedures to improve speed and safety
  • Enhance torque testing protocols with digital tracking and reporting
  • Develop multi-system deployment capability (single, simul, quad) with scalable crews
  • Implement preventive maintenance programs to maximize uptime
  • Build a field service team with specialized expertise in high-pressure systems

4. Lead Next-Generation Big Bore Missile Development

Oversee the design and development of advanced big bore missile systems incorporating automation and new technologies.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Automation & Integration
  • Remote operation capabilities
  • Real-time data monitoring (torque, pressure, performance)
  • Integration with rig control systems
  • Design & Engineering
  • Modular design for faster rig-up and flexibility
  • Improved durability for extreme conditions
  • Enhanced safety features
  • Innovation Pipeline
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and field personnel for continuous feedback
  • Prototype and test next-gen systems in live field environments
  • Benchmark against competitors and emerging technologies

5. Commercial Strategy & Growth Targets

  • Develop pricing models for rental, service bundles, and long-term contracts
  • Focus on recurring revenue streams through partnerships and service agreements
  • Track KPIs:
  • Utilization rate
  • Revenue per system
  • Job cycle time
  • Customer retention


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3 years' of completions or Frac field experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
