Hotel General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel General Manager to lead the daily operations of our hotel located approximately 30 minutes from Allentown, PA.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel operations, team leadership, guest service, revenue management, and financial performance. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for driving guest satisfaction, managing staff, achieving revenue goals, and ensuring brand standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations and departments
- Lead, coach, and develop hotel team members
- Drive revenue growth and profitability
- Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
- Manage budgets, labor, and operational expenses

Qualifications:
