What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bar Back/ Taproom Support position at Steel Hands Brewing?
The Taproom Support position at Steel Hands Brewing is a great introduction to working in a high volume taproom and events center. Base Pay is $2.50/hour tips (ranging from $8.00-$25.00/hour on top of base pay)
The Taproom Support position enhances our overall guest experience by:
- Setting up/ breaking down indoor and outdoor facility for daily taproom operations.
- Maintaining a clean and organized Taproom and biergarten by removing empty glassware and dishes from tables in a very high volume setting.
- Assist the managers, bartenders and food service staff in cleaning before, during and after large events.
Requirements:
- Must be highly motivated, self-driven and able to lift 70lbs.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends.
- Must possess strong work ethic.
- Taproom Support staff spend the entirety of the shift on their feet
- Restaurant, bar, brewery or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Steel Hands Brewing is a positive, friendly and fast paced work environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to apply
