Flawless Steel Welding is a certified AISC Fabricator and Erector. We are looking for a Sr. Project Managers / point person in charge of a specific project or project within an organization. The project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control, and completion of the project while remaining aligned with the organization's strategy, commitments, and goals.
General Responsibilities :
Verify contract scopes, drawings, specs, and addendums for accuracy, as necessary, work closely with General Contractors on moving the project forward in the steel fabrication at the shop, and coordinate the on-field erection of the steel, and ensure that projects are completed on time.
Authority :
The Project Manager has the authority to write down change orders and submit them, start and stop production and field processes as needed to meet deadlines.
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
