The Office Engineer is responsible for coordinating and administratively managing projects from start to finish.
GMF is seeking a new Office Engineer to the Preconstruction Department.
Responsibilities :
- Support business initiatives through data analysis
- Coordinate with various business units and departments to maximize profitability of the company
- Provide financial and analytical support to the preconstruction and project management team
- Assist the project management team with the change order management process
- Act as a liaison between other departments and the project team to fulfill project needs
- Process information within specific timeframes to maintain efficiency and timeliness
- Manage workflows to lead and organize all project-specific data and attribution to ensure consistent, complete, on-time, and accurate project completion
- Perform detailed analysis on multiple projects
- Provide timely and effective communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform project evaluations for document control, scheduling, and compliance
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Bachelor's degree
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Ability to schedule projects using Microsoft Project, or willingness to learn
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills required
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel occasionally
- 60,000 - $72,000 / year
