Process support and optimization for the production line and all associated equipment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe work environment and help maintain the safety of the team.
- Maintain quality system- update SOPs, JSAs and process control plans.
- Analysis and optimization of the manufacturing process
- Reporting of key process metrics
- Completing value in use analysis
- Work with quality department on customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Strong self-starting abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects to ensure timeliness.
- Knowledge of industrial operations
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work both in a group and independently to achieve goals.
- Experience in the copper wire or foundry industries
- Knowledge of ISO standards
- Proven leadership skills
- Previous manufacturing experience
