We are looking for a highly self-motivated individual to perform a variety of receptionist/accounting duties.
Responsibilities
Answering, screening and transferring calls professionally
Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
Prepare and send lien waiver forms
Help with invoicing and collections
Prepare notices required to secure lien rights
Assist with month-end inventory
Update administrative forms
Order office supplies
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
The ability to work as part of a team
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Safety oriented
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong willingness to learn
Time-management and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize
Ability to work without direct supervision
Experience with Microsoft Office
