Contract & Business Administration
- Provide tactical legal consulting to various operational and corporate management with respect to general business matters;
- Development, review and monitoring of (with outside counsel’s direction, when appropriate) of contracts with suppliers, service providers and customers, including standard terms and conditions and NDAs.
- Review & Monitoring Outside Counsel / Review Invoicing;
- Bankruptcy / Credit Rights;
- Management of US Legal Entities / Corporate Records for Subsidiaries;
- Assist Outside Counsel with Management of Mexican Legal Entities;
- Financial Transactions / Due Diligence;
- Litigation Support; and
- Other duties as required
- Juris Doctor and licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana (or licensed to practice law in another state with willingness to seek admission to the Indiana Bar)
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant business law experience (or equivalent)
- Public company law experience is additive, but is not required
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team member with excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task
