Responsibilities
- Cutting using a torch
- Welding/fabrication
- Use of overhead crane
- Precision assembly & alignment.
- Hydraulic troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with operations to maximize process efficiency.
- Project management / Coordinate and manage jobs with contractor support.
- Scheduling and tracking work group tasks and down day activities.
Qualifications
Skills Required:

- Proven track record regarding safety
- Proven mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team
- Ability to direct others to make repairs as required
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Must be self-motivated and possess a strong desire for continuous improvement
Skills Preferred:

- Prior mechanical maintenance experience in some or all of the following areas: Welding & fabricating, Industrial hydraulics, pneumatics, manual & automatic lubrication systems. Water systems, pipe fitting, rigging, bearing & coupling replacement, and ability to read prints & schematics.
