Overview
This position is responsible for processing brokerage shipments for assigned accounts in a timely and accurate manner, while supporting reporting, tracking, and resolution of account-related issues. The role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage high-volume workflows, research discrepancies, and collaborate with internal teams and external customers. Success in this position depends on effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Process brokerage shipments for assigned accounts
Ability to process within 48 hours of receipt
Work with traders and/or assistants on issues in processing
Quickly able to research and process unapplied cash for assigned accounts
Help with reporting and tracking of account shipments
Comfortable communicating with internal and external customers
Comfortable questioning paperwork that needs attention
Other duties as required
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
Multi-task oriented and flexible
Capable of functioning in high volume task environment
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
Demonstrate strong ability to effectively prioritize tasks and responsibilities
