Position Details:
- 1st Shift | Monday - Thursday | 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Pay Range: Up to $26.00/hour (based upon experience, skill set, and shift)
What You’ll Do
- Move and organize materials like metal sheets, coils, and coatings
- Load/unload trucks and operate forklifts or pallet jacks
- Keep inventory accurate and materials easy to find
- Deliver materials to production lines to keep things running smoothly
- Prep materials (cut, measure, mix) based on production needs
- Inspect materials for quality and report any issues
- Follow safety protocols—especially with chemicals and coatings
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience and/or Training:
- 1 year in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Forklift or material handling equipment experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Basic math skills for measurements and inventory
- Safety-focused mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
Working Environment

Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications

Experience and/or Training:
• 1 year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, preferably in metal or coating production.
• Experience with forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment is preferred.
• Strong understanding of material handling practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to safely handle and store metal materials, chemicals, and coatings.
• Basic math and measurement skills to assist with material preparation and stock counts.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, especially for hazardous materials.
• Ability to operate inventory management systems and maintain accurate records.

Working Environment
