- Manage and update project documentation, reports, and files with precision and accuracy
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Office Suite for data entry, record keeping, and financial tracking
- Support office management duties including front desk responsibilities, multi-line phone systems operation, filing, and general clerical tasks
- Assist with calendar management for project timelines and team appointments to optimize productivity
- Proofread reports, correspondence, and presentations to maintain professionalism and clarity
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry software
- Experience with office management systems such as QuickBooks or similar accounting tools is a plus
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued to support diverse teams and clients
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and customer support experience
- Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, data entry, and document management
- Effective time management skills to meet deadlines consistently
