What You’ll Do
- You’ll prep ingredients according to Steel City Pizza Company recipes and standards.
- You’ll label, store, and organize food properly so the kitchen is always set up for success.
- You’ll keep your prep area clean, stocked, and efficient.
- You’ll follow food safety procedures, minimize waste, and communicate clearly with the kitchen team.
- You’ll take ownership of prep from start to finish — knowing your work makes everything else possible.
