Invictum, Inc. is expanding our AT&T Business sales team and seeking a Business Development Associate who’s eager to develop strong sales skills. As a sales and development firm, we’ll train the Business Development Associate to speak with businesses about AT&T wireless, Business Fiber, and VoIP services; always keeping conversations simple, helpful, and professional.
As a Business Development Associate , you'll learn how AT&T Business solutions scale with businesses as they expand. You'll work with businesses, helping them choose setups that work for their size now but can grow with them. The Business Development Associate closes sales by showing how today's investment prepares them for tomorrow's opportunities, and they’ll follow up to ensure their technology is keeping pace.
Responsibilities of a Business Development Associate
- Connect with business clients to showcase AT&T Business solutions, focusing on how they improve connectivity and streamline operations.
- As a Business Development Associate, clarify the advantages of AT&T Business services, such as high-speed internet, cloud solutions, and collaboration tools, to meet client needs.
- Support sales by guiding business clients through their options and helping them select the best AT&T Business plan for their operations.
- Answer client inquiries about AT&T Business features, installation, and support to ensure a smooth experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client and sales interactions to support sales processes and follow-ups.
- Emphasize the advantages of AT&T Business, such as its reliability and scalability, to show how it supports business growth.
- Collaborate with your fellow Business Development Associate team members to strategise your next sales moves and meet daily and weekly sales goals
Qualifications of the Business Development Associate
- Interest in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Clear, confident communication skills to support customer decision‑making.

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
