Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Maintain a professional, positive and relaxing environment for clients.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free environment; sanitize tools as required.
· Prepare room for the type of service.
· Greet clients and escort them to the room.
· Plan, implement, and evaluate massages for clients.
· Uses various massage techniques and skills that may include deep tissue massage, manual therapy, and therapeutic exercises.
· Maintain a clear understanding of all policies and procedures.
· Maintain continuing education to keep up with current trends.
· Keep management informed of any internal issues within the company.
· Report to work on time and as scheduled.
· Must maintain strict confidentiality and present a positive, professional demeanor and image at all times.
